Sunday Sign-in Information
Packet pick-up will be held Sunday evening, June 20, from 4-7 p.m. at the Red River State Recreational Campground in East Grand Forks. For those of you not familiar with this campground, it is located just north of Demers in East Grand Forks, just after you cross the Red River. As a point of reference, The Blue Moose restaurant is located right in front of the entrance to the campground. We will be set up next to the office. If you need camping for Sunday evening, we have camping arranged with this campground. Register at the office, and let them know you are with our group.
We don’t mail anything out in advance, as many of our riders are hopping from one ride to the next, and would miss a mailing.
You will be on your own for dinner Sunday evening. There are multiple excellent restaurants within walking distance of this location.

More Ride Details – Frequently Asked Questions
Baggage transport is provided. There will be a standard baggage truck departure time in the morning and your gear will be at the campground waiting for you at the end of the day. Gear will be stored in a dry, safe place while you are riding each day.
Meals will be arranged in each community, including breakfast and evening dinner. There will be a fee for each arranged meal. We will have menus and a price range for each meal in your route map. Anticipate spending $20 to $30 dollars per day for meals and rest stops. Of course, you are welcome to venture out into each community and choose your own food options as well.
We have business sponsors that are volunteering teams of bike mechanics and pick-up service for those who have breakdowns or require adjustments during the ride.
Inclement weather plans…dare we say it? We hope not, but we have made plans for baggage and riders to remain dry throughout the ride. We have arrangements with area schools and community centers to provide indoor arrangements should the weather turn ugly.
