Volunteers

Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas. We will need help with registration, rider support, coordination of daily events, daily route marking, daily and weekly map production, at the information booth in the Grand Cities, as well as at each overnight location. Overnight stop volunteers will assist with the proper moving, packing, and disbursing of rider’s equipment; they may be asked to help with the evening meal.

Registration Helpers

     Sunday June 20 12pm – 4pm (2-3 people)

     Sunday June 20   4pm – 8pm (2-3 people)

     Monday June 21   6am – 12pm (2-3 people)

Route Markers/Route Checkers

     June 21 – 2 people

     June 22 – 2 people

     June 23 – 2 people

     June 24 – 2 people

     June 25 – 2 people

Luggage/Equipment Handlers

    June 21-25 daily 6am – 10am for send off each morning from overnight stop (See daily ride schedule)

    June 21-25 daily 3pm – 6pm for arrival at new overnight stop (See daily ride schedule)

SAG Drivers

    June 21-25 daily 10am – 6 pm (2-3 people)

Bike Repair Mechanics and Vehicle

    June 21-25 daily 8am – 6pm (1-2 people)

Medical Volunteers

    June 21-25 daily 8am – 6pm

“Emergency” Rest Stop Crew

    June 21-25 daily 8am – 6pm (2-4 people)

Event Manager

    June 21-25 daily (1-2 people assigned)

Finish Line

    June 25, East Grand Forks, MN 10am – 2pm (4-16 people) Sherlock Park

    (provide directions, hand out T-shirts, etc.)
